研究了预先给予双嘧达莫(DP)和腺苷-磷酸(AMP)对不同剂量 X射线照射小鼠免疫功能的影响。采用 BALB/C纯系小鼠给予一次性不同剂量(0、 1、 2、 4Gy)X射线照射。照射前给予DP2mg和AMP5mg,检测胸腺细胞自发增殖反应能力和脾细胞对ConA的增殖反应能力的变化。结果表明:单纯给予 DP十AMP组胸腺自发增值反应能力和脾细胞对 ConA的增殖反应能力较对照组明显下降,但 1Gy和 2Gy X射线照射前预先给予 DP和 AMP能显著增强小鼠胸腺自发增殖反应能力和脾淋巴细胞对ConA诱导的增殖反应能力。
The effects of pretreatment with dipyridamole (DP) and adenosine-phosphate (AMP) on immune function in mice irradiated with different doses of X-rays were studied. BALB / C mice were given a single dose (0, 1, 2, 4Gy) of x-ray irradiation. DP2mg and AMP5mg were given before irradiation to detect the spontaneous proliferative response of thymocytes and the ability of splenocytes to proliferate in response to ConA. The results showed that: the spontaneous value-added response ability of thymus and the ability of spleen cells to proliferate significantly decreased in DP ten AMP group than in control group. However, pre-administration of DP and AMP before 1 Gy and 2Gy X-rays significantly enhanced the spontaneous thymus proliferation Responsiveness and ability of splenic lymphocytes to ConA-induced proliferative responses.
