随着新课程改革的不断深入,素质教育的不断普及,现代教育越来越重视学生综合素质的培养,不再只是强调知识、技能的培养。在中学教育阶段,体育课程作为培养学生运动能力、锻炼学生身体素质的主要教学手段,是其它学科无法替代的。目前,教师怎样抓住新课程改革机遇,培养学生身体素质,成为了广大体育教师急需解决的重要问题。文章主要对中学体育教学中培养学生身体素质的策略进行分析,促进学生的全面发展。
With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform and the constant popularization of quality education, modern education pays more and more attention to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive qualities. It no longer emphasizes the cultivation of knowledge and skills. In the secondary education stage, the physical education curriculum, as the main teaching method to cultivate students’ athletic ability and physical activity, is irreplaceable by other disciplines. At present, teachers how to seize the opportunity of reform of the new curriculum to develop the physical fitness of students has become an urgent need for the majority of physical education teachers to solve the important issue. The article mainly analyzes the strategies of cultivating students’ physical fitness in middle school physical education so as to promote the all-round development of students.
