以高效液相色谱分离荧光检测为手段,对测定鱼肌肉组织中阿维菌素(AVM)和伊维菌素(IVM)药物残留的前处理方法进行了研究。实验结果表明,乙腈是最佳的前处理提取溶剂;中性氧化铝固相萃取柱具有更好的净化效果;与以往报道最大不同在于,提出目标物吸附模式下,以非极性正己烷为上样、淋洗溶剂更加有利于中性氧化铝固相萃取柱与AVM,IVM的极性作用;AVM,IVM的最佳衍生温度为25℃;样品上机测定在24 h内完成,且系列标准工作液在4℃冷藏时间不宜超过24 h。采用优化后的样品前处理条件,测定不同水平添加样品的平均回收率均在70%~110%之间,RSD均小于10%,方法定量限均为3μg/kg。
The separation of avermectin (AVM) and ivermectin (IVM) in fish muscle tissue was studied by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fluorescence detection.
