易门凤山矿长期应用传统电耙出矿的有底部结构分段崩落法。针对采切工程量大,贫化率高,电耙出矿能力低,以及生产周期长等存在问题,该矿于1983年初开始进行阶段崩落法振动出矿的研究和设计工作,在试验采场安装使用了6台振动出矿机(以下简称振机),取得了预期的效果。为了正确评价采场振机工作状况,论证其合理性,检验原有计算参数,并就振动出矿机理及现有设计计算理论作一些探讨,进而给今后的设计,选择提供依据,我们在矿山的大力支持下,对试验采场各台振机的主要技术指标进行了实测和分析,现将有关情况介绍如下。
