采用振动法测试吊杆索力,计算长度取值对计算结果影响较大。一般的桥梁检测中经常按经验取值,存在随意性,有误判的可能。本文利用振动法计算吊杆索力的常用公式,反推出吊杆索力计算长度的标定公式,然后针对吊杆索力进行静载试验,测试吊杆加载前后的频率及吊杆长度,再根据吊杆长度的变化量计算出吊杆索力增量,并根据该增量与频率的关系,计算出吊杆索力的计算长度,最后代回到吊杆索力的计算公式,计算出吊杆在恒载作用下索力。虽然该方法得出的计算长度也受测试条件和精度的影响,但其原理简单、技术要求难度不高,并且可以一桥一标定,能较好地反映吊杆的实际情况,实例表明,对新建桥梁测试吻合度较好,也可推广应用于旧桥吊杆索力的检测计算。

Although the calculated length of the method is also affected by the test conditions and accuracy, the principle is simple, the technical requirements are not difficult, and can be calibrated in a bridge, which can well reflect the actual situation of the boom. The examples show that, New bridge test good fit, but also can be extended to the old bridge crane rod force testing calculation.
