９０％左右的乙酰甲胺磷在水和有机溶剂组成的两相体系中重结晶，可得纯度高于９８％的乙酰甲胺磷。用萃取剂Ａ代替Ｃ２Ｈ６Ｃｌ２，可使乙酰甲胺磷的纯度达到９７．５％。
Approximately 90% of acephate is recrystallized in a two-phase system consisting of water and organic solvent to give acephate with purity higher than 98%. With extractant A instead of C2H6Cl2, the purity of acephate reached 97.5%.
