新课程标准要求教学开放、高效,但教师的自我开放才能换来学生真实的自我开放.本文结合物理教学具体案例,围绕良性师生关系的建立要求教师自我开放,注重过程与方法的物理教学要求教师自我开放,为了学生的心理健康要求教师自我开放,教师自我开放应注意的几个问题4个方面,对教师在教学实践中为何要进行自我开放,如何进行自我开放,作了阐述,以期教学更加开放和高效.
