目的观察人脑膜瘤组织中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)的表达,探讨其对血管生成的影响。方法应用免疫组织化学方法对72例人脑膜瘤和20例非肿瘤脑组织的COX-2、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达和微血管密度(MVD)值进行测定,COX-2和VEGF的表达用评分表衡量。结果COX-2在人脑膜瘤中的中度及以上表达(50/72,69.4%)、VEGF在人脑膜瘤中的中度阳性表达(37/72,51.4%),显著高于其在非肿瘤组织中的表达(分别为2/20,10%及1/20,5%),并随肿瘤恶性程度增高而增高,具有明显的相关性。结论COX-2的过度表达可能在人脑膜瘤的发生、发展中起到重要作用,对肿瘤的血管生成有重要的促进作用。
Objective To observe the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in human meningiomas and to investigate its effect on angiogenesis. Methods The expressions of COX-2, VEGF and MVD in 72 human meningioma and 20 non-tumor brain tissues were determined by immunohistochemistry. The expression of COX-2 and VEGF Measured with a rating scale. Results The moderate and high expression of COX-2 in human meningioma (50/72, 69.4%) and moderately positive expression of VEGF in human meningioma (37 / 72,51.4%) was significantly higher than that in non-human The expression in tumor tissues (2/20, 10% and 1/20, 5% respectively) increased with the malignant degree of the tumor, and had obvious correlation. Conclusion The overexpression of COX-2 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of human meningiomas, which has an important role in promoting the angiogenesis of tumors.
