作者报告了28例高颈段脊髓肿瘤，其中24例肿瘤全切，占85％；术后症状改善者23例，占82％。表明对高颈段脊髓肿瘤的手术治疗应持积极的态度。本文结合文献对手术前后及术中应注意的问题进行了阐述；对手术前后放射治疗的危害性也做了简要讨论。
The authors reported 28 cases of high-grade cervical spinal cord tumors, including 24 cases of total tumor resection, accounting for 85%; postoperative symptoms improved in 23 cases, accounting for 82%. It shows that the surgical treatment of high cervical spinal cord tumor should take a positive attitude. This article describes the issues that should be noticed before and after surgery and during surgery. The dangers of radiation therapy before and after surgery are briefly discussed.
