用梯度固化法制备了透明度梯度渐变的聚氨酯材料。研究了不同温度梯度下所制备的弹性体透明度。温度梯度越大,由透明向不透明的转变越明显。利用FTIR试样的微相分离进行了分析,随着固化反应温度的升高,微相分离程度整体上表现为逐渐增大。弹性体内部的聚集微区是影响材料透明度的主要因素。
Gradient curing method was used to prepare a gradient transparent polyurethane material. The transparency of elastomers prepared at different temperature gradients was studied. The larger the temperature gradient, the more obvious the transition from transparent to opaque. The micro-phase separation of FTIR samples was analyzed. With the increase of the curing temperature, the micro-phase separation showed an overall increase. Aggregation within the elastomer micro-area is the main factor affecting the transparency of the material.
