为评价糖尿病妇女长期应用不同的激素对血糖控制、脂质代谢和凝血情况的影响对Norplant、DMPA、OCs和CuT 380A进行了病例对照研究。 将1996年1月～1997年8月在糖尿病研究所就诊的20～40岁、血压正常、无糖尿病并发症、无肝脏疾病或血栓性疾病、月经周期规则、不吸烟、在列入研究前3个月未曾用过激素避孕药、近4周内未曾用过影响凝血功能药物、要求避孕的85例妇女列为本研究对象。要求患者在3、6、9个月进行随访,每次随访时了解所用的避孕方法和有关问题,胰岛素和/或所用降糖药的剂量、测空腹血糖
