表面渗铝处理有效提高了某型航空发动机导向叶片的抗热腐蚀性能,在使用后其表面出现了积碳覆着层,但由于渗铝层的存在增加了去除积碳的难度。针对此问题开展了干吹砂、液体吹砂、超声波清洗、振动光饰等去除积碳工艺试验,通过对比分析试件外观、色质以及金相等检查结果,表明压力0.5 MPa、时间1 min的液体吹砂方法去除积碳效果好,对产品质量无影响,可作为去除该产品表面积碳的工艺。
Surface aluminizing treatment effectively improves the anti-hot corrosion performance of aeroengine guide vanes. The coke coating appears on the surface after use, but the difficulty of carbon removal is increased due to the presence of aluminized layer. In order to solve this problem, the experiment of removing carbon deposits by dry-blowing sand, liquid-blown sand, ultrasonic cleaning and vibrational decoration was carried out. The comparison of the appearance, the color and the examination results of gold showed that the pressure was 0.5 MPa and the time was 1 min The method of liquid blowing sand to remove carbon deposition is good, the quality of the product has no effect, can be used as a removal of the product surface area of carbon process.
