采用免疫组化、原位杂交方法 ,测定 2 8例急性早幼粒白血病 (APL)患者的抗凋亡基因 bcl 2 蛋白 /mRNA表达水平 ,并分析APL融合基因异构体分型与bcl 2基因表达、临床预后的关系。结果表明 ,异构体之间的bcl 2蛋白 /mRNA表达水平差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。提示PML RARα转录构型不影响临床特征和预后
