目前所用的各种分析法测定体内微量金属元素的方法,根据其测定原理和装置可分为原子发射分光光度法(AE-F),火焰原子吸收分光光度法(AA-F),无火焰原子吸收分光光度法(AA-N),原子荧光分析(AF-F),电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP)五种.其它还有极谱分析法、二次离子质谱分析法等.这里以原子吸收法为主,略述ICP法,介绍这方面的生物体试样处理方法的实用技术(表1).根据试样含量选择测定法各种元素含量在体内大有差异,即使同一种元素在体内不同部位也有很大差异.选择分析方法应考虑被测元素的含量,是单元素测定还是多元素测定以及要求的精确度如何等因
