借鉴PSR模型构建经济安全评价指标体系,采用BP人工神经网络对21座煤炭城市经济安全评价进行研究,结果表明:总体上看中国煤炭城市经济安全等级较低;局部上分析,经济安全等级呈现出地域特征。山东省两市、安徽淮北、河南焦作、辽宁抚顺与陕西铜川表现较其他城市为好,山西省较差,黑龙江省最不理想。BP人工神经网络作为研究经济安全评价问题的新方法,其识别等级能力较强,效果较好,可以应用于城市经济安全评价研究。
Using PSR model to construct economic security evaluation index system, BP artificial neural network is used to study the economic security evaluation of 21 coal-based cities. The results show that the economic security level of China’s coal-based cities is generally low; on the local analysis, the level of economic security presents Regional characteristics. The two cities in Shandong Province, Huaibei in Anhui Province, Jiaozuo in Henan Province, Fushun in Liaoning Province and Tongchuan in Shaanxi Province performed better than other cities, while Shanxi Province was the worst and Heilongjiang Province was the most unsatisfactory. BP artificial neural network as a new method to study the evaluation of economic security, its ability to identify the level of strong, better effect, can be applied to the study of urban economic security.
