材料与方法将临床拔除之牙,立即固定于10％甲醛溶液中备用、选出肉眼可见之白垩牙和褐色牙面有点状龋恒牙共50颗,均为双尖牙和磨牙,冲洗后锯留牙冠,再制成4×4×2毫米之标本。其中25颗通过点状龋之中心纵行剖开,以观剖面。其余保留釉质龋点面。再次用水冲洗后,经各级丙酮脱水,真空喷镀金膜,ASM-SX 扫描电镜观察,观察电压40KV,拍照时间40秒和50秒。
