中国金属学会轧钢学术委员会无缝钢管组与成都无缝钢管厂于1983年12月21～27日在成都联合召开了行星斜轧管技术讨论会。国内有关的科研、设计、制造及高等院校等27个单位60余人参加了会议。会议收到论文共37篇。行星斜轧机在七十年代初由联邦德国研制成功后,首先用于棒材生产,并于近两年推广到无缝钢管生产领域,目前已有两台φ250mm轧机相继在西德和美国投产。据报道,该轧机具有道次压下量大,节省能源,产品精度高,结构紧凑,可实现连续轧制,适于轧制难变形金属等优点。现在国内也有两台轧制棒材的行星斜轧机投入正常生产,已取得了良好的经济效益。 China Metals Society rolled steel Academic Committee seamless steel pipe and Chengdu Seamless Steel Tube Plant in December 1983 December 21 ~ 27 in Chengdu held a planetary beveling tube technology seminar. At present, two φ250mm rolling mills have been put into operation in West Germany and the United States. It is reported that the mill has the advantages of large reduction of pass, energy saving, high product precision, compact structure, continuous rolling, suitable for rolling difficult-to-deformable metals. At present, two planetary cross-rolling mills rolling rods are also put into normal production in China, and good economic benefits have been achieved.
