水样经0.2μm滤膜过滤,在HSS T3色谱柱上进行分离,采用乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,电喷雾负离子模式下以多反应监测(MRM)方式检测。采用空白水样基质匹配及色谱条件优化消除基质效应。结果显示,2,4,6-三氯酚、五氯酚在线性范围(分别为5.0~100.0μg/L和2.0~50.0μg/L)内,相关系数分别为0.999 3和0.999 2,检出限分别为1.5、0.7μg/L,定量下限分别为5.0、2.0μg/L,加标回收率为90.9%~115.7%,RSD为3.6%~10.7%。
The water sample was filtered through a 0.2 μm filter and separated on a HSS T3 column using a gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid in aqueous solution. The electrospray negative ion mode was used to detect by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). Blank matrix matching and chromatographic conditions were used to eliminate matrix effects. The results showed that the correlation coefficients of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol and pentachlorophenol in the linear range of 5.0-100.0μg / L and 2.0-50.0μg / L were 0.999 3 and 0.999 2, respectively The limits of quantification were 5.0 and 2.0 μg / L, respectively. The spiked recoveries ranged from 90.9% to 115.7% and RSD from 3.6% to 10.7%.
