本文报导藏药紫堇提取物在体外培养中抗细粒棘球绦虫原头蚴的作用。西伯利亚紫堇水溶部分、醇溶部分、总生物碱,埃紫堇水溶部分,条裂紫堇d—山缘草碱对原头蚴均有较强的杀灭效能。原头蚴重移植试验表明紫堇属植物提取物具有比双氧水更好的效果。经西伯利亚紫堇总生物碱和条裂紫堇d—山缘草碱处理后的原头蚴在扫描电镜下观察可见顶突头钩脱落、吸盘消失、体壁出现皮层起泡现象与喷火口样陷窝等外浆膜破坏征象,提示藏药紫堇可能成为包虫病有希望的外科局部用药。
This article reports on the role of the Corydalis extract of Tibetan medicine in the in vitro culture of Echinococcus granulosus. Siberian cordyceps water soluble part, alcohol soluble part, total alkaloids, Erigeron water soluble part, stripped Corydalis d -black grass alkali on the original cercariae have a strong killing effect. Protoss cercaria replantation experiments show that Corydalis plant extracts have better effects than hydrogen peroxide. Processed by the Siberian corydalis alkaloids and stripped Corydalis-paeoniflorin treatment of protoscoleces in the scanning electron microscope showed that the top of the head hook off, the suction cup disappeared, the body wall cortical blistering phenomenon and the flame-mouth-like Lacunae and other outer serosa destruction signs, suggesting that Cercis chinensis may become hydatid disease promising surgical topical application.
