本文介绍了权变理论的基本思想,以及古典管理学派。经验管理学派和系统管理学派对权变学派的影响,指出了权变理论的缺点及其发展方向。并从我国实际情况出发,在分析、评价权变理论的基础上,认为应将组织管理的系统理论和权变理论有机结合起来,形成一种新的观点——系统权变观,形成一种新的方法一一系统权变方法,这不仅有利于管理的理论研究,而且有助于管理的实践。
This article introduces the basic ideas of the contingency theory and the classical management school. The influence of the empirical management school and the system management school on the school of contingency pointed out the shortcomings of the contingency theory and its development direction. Based on the actual situation in our country and based on the analysis and evaluation of the theory of the right to change, we believe that the system theory of organizational management and the theory of the right to change should be organically combined to form a new perspective - the concept of system change and form a new method. One-on-one system contingency method not only benefits the theoretical research of management, but also helps management practice.
