采用稀释倒平板法对广东10个花生主产地土壤中黄曲霉的数量以及分离菌株的产毒能力进行了分析。结果表明:全省各地花生种植土壤中黄曲霉的数量存在较大的差异,其中清远市土壤中的黄曲霉数量最多,达160 cfu/g干土壤,惠州和广州地区次之,均为100 cfu/g干土壤,汕头地区最少,在该地区抽取的土壤样品中未分离出黄曲霉菌株。在分离出来的黄曲霉菌株中,广州地区有10株产毒菌株、清远地区17株、惠州地区16株、云浮地区8株、河源地区8株。
The number of Aspergillus flavus in the soil of 10 peanut producing areas in Guangdong and the producing ability of the isolates were analyzed by dilution plate method. The results showed that the quantity of Aspergillus flavus in peanut planted in the whole province varied greatly. The quantity of Aspergillus flavus in Qingyuan was the highest, reaching 160 cfu / g dry soil, followed by Huizhou and Guangzhou, both of which were 100 cfu / g dry soil, the least in Shantou, and no Aspergillus flavus isolates were isolated from the soil samples extracted from this area. Among the isolated strains of Aspergillus flavus, 10 strains were produced in Guangzhou, 17 in Qingyuan, 16 in Huizhou, 8 in Yunfu and 8 in Heyuan.
