对悬浊液透光率与杂质颗粒粒径、浓度的关系进行了理论分析,指出悬浊液透光率脉动值,可以很好地反映悬浊颗粒絮凝程度,给出了悬浊液透光率相对脉动值(R)与悬浊颗粒粒径(a)、浓度(N)的关系。以此为依据,研制出了以测定悬浊液透光率相对脉动植(R)为基础的新型在线光学絮凝检测仪。
The relationship between the light transmittance of suspension and the particle size and concentration of impurity particles was theoretically analyzed. The pulsation value of light transmittance of the suspension was pointed out, which could well reflect the degree of flocculation of suspended particles. Rate relative pulsation value (R) and suspension particle size (a), concentration (N) of the relationship. Based on this, a novel on-line optical flocculation detector based on relative pulsation (R) measurement of light transmittance of suspension was developed.
