巨噬细胞(Mφ)具有非特异性的胸腺淋巴细胞受体,体外实验观察,豚鼠、小鼠Mφ均可与同系或自身的胸腺淋巴细胞形成比较稳定的花环,称为巨噬细胞—胸腺淋巴细8包花环(Macrophage-thymic lymphocyte Rosette)简称Mφ-ThyL花环。该花环的形成与Mφ的活性、代谢水平密切相关,花环形成的多少及程度能够反映出Mφ的活性。我们用正常的及BCG激活的小鼠腹腔渗出Mφ进行了该指标的测定,实验证实成花结果稳定,显示了两组Mφ的活性差异。本文对进行基础及临床科研具有一定的价值。
Macrophage (Mφ) has non-specific thymus lymphocyte receptors. In vitro experiments, guinea pigs and mice Mφ can form stable rosette with homologous or thymic lymphocytes called macrophages - thymus lymphocytes 8 wrap (Macrophage-thymic lymphocyte Rosette) referred to as Mφ-ThyL garland. The formation of the rosette and Mφ activity, metabolism is closely related to the number and extent of rosette formation can reflect the activity of Mφ. We used the normal and BCG-activated mouse peritoneal exudate Mφ determination of the index, the experiment confirmed that the flowering results were stable, showing the difference between the two groups of Mφ activity. This article has some value for basic and clinical research.
