工程造价控制是一个动态管理的过程。涉及到管理、技术、质量、审核等各个方面,对项目决策、设计、招投标、施工和施工及竣工各个阶段在工程实施过程的各个阶段,具有十分重要的经济意义和实践意义。利用BIM技术实现图价一体,实现全过程、全生命周期造价、全要素的造价管理。可以加强项目造价管理,建立一套科学、完善的降低建设资金流失的监督约束机制,更好地控制建设项目投资,从而获得最大的经济效益。基于此,本文将着重分析探讨BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用,以期能为以后的实际工作起到一定的借鉴作用。
Project cost control is a dynamic management process.
