The results showed that the coincidence rate of anti-HCV and HCV-RNA was 48.31%, while the anti-HCV and HCV-RNA were the highest in 89 patients with hepatitis C virus infection There was no correlation between them, indicating that anti-HCV could only reflect the replication status of HCV in some cases, but could not replace the detection of HCV-RNA. Two HCV-RNA positive serum anti-HCV Negative, indicating that the detection of HCV-RNA early diagnosis of more significance than anti-HCV. The relationship between ALT level and serum HCV-RNA showed that the detection of HCV-RNA was significantly higher than normal in abnormal ALT (P <0.05), suggesting that the level of ALT in HCV patients may indirectly reflect the in vivo replication of HCV status.
