当下建筑行业纷纷采用增加楼层的办法缓解建筑用地的资金紧张问题,尤其在大中城市,高层建筑日益增多。超高层建筑的出现促进了建筑行业的发展,但却给建筑施工提出了新的要求,爬模施工就是在这个背景产生的。基于本文以上海国际航空服务中心(X-1地块)项目为例,探讨爬模施工的技术要求及质量控制措施,以期对今后超高层建筑的爬模施工有一定的工程指导作用。
The current construction industry have adopted the method of increasing the floor to ease the capital shortage of construction land, especially in large and medium-sized cities, an increasing number of high-rise buildings. The emergence of super high-rise buildings to promote the development of the construction industry, but it put forward new requirements for building construction, climbing construction is in this context is generated. Based on the project of Shanghai International Aviation Service Center (X-1 block) in this paper, the technical requirements and quality control measures of climbing construction are discussed in order to provide some engineering guidance for climbing construction of super high-rise buildings in the future.
