Eosinophilic granuloma is a general name, which occurs in the bone of the bone called eosinophilic granuloma (EGB), occurring in the glands (salivary glands, lymph nodes) called eosinophilic Eosinophilic Lymphatic Granuloma (ELG). Although both of these two diseases have peripheral blood eosinophil counts increased, but the site of invasion is different, the clinical course and performance also have their own characteristics, so in recent years many people advocate that they are divided into two kinds of diseases. Although different from EGB and ELG, both are prone to occur in oral and maxillofacial regions, and are often misdiagnosed as other diseases, often diagnosed until the pathological examination of the surgically excised lesion. From our department received 10 cases of treatment seen, almost all cases were not correctly diagnosed (Table 1). In order to improve the correct rate of clinical diagnosis of these two diseases, we are going to make a preliminary introduction in combination with our undergraduate cases.
