我1964年4月进入上海市民用建筑设计院(下文称“上海院”)工作,走进广东路17号(今外滩3号),第一印象是老大楼层高很高,很阴沉。整幢大楼六层,底层东边是大礼堂、计划科、晒图组;西边是食堂。二楼西边是档案室,东边是上海市水文地质大队。三至五层是设计室,六层西边是院党政科室;东边是院长室、总师室和技术室。大楼楼梯有4人之宽,周围贴自磁砖,每层中间是电梯平台,铁笼式老电梯用铁栅开启门。档案室在西边单元,内廓式平面,南侧是建筑档案组,北侧是规划档案组。档案室是独立建制,档案室主任朱心泉,在院里党员干部中级
In April 1964, I entered Shanghai Civil Design Institute (hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai Institute”) and walked into No. 17 Guang Dong Road (now Bund 3). The first impression was that the old building was very tall and very gloomy. The entire building on the sixth floor, the bottom east is the auditorium, Planning Division, Shaitu group; west of the canteen. The west side of the second floor is the archives, east of Shanghai Hydrogeological Brigade.
