目的探讨高龄喉癌患者的手术适应症及术前、术中、术后的治疗措施。方法对３２例高龄喉癌患者行手术治疗。结果尽管术中、术后有并发症发生，但无手术死亡。３、５年生存率分别为４３．５％、３５．７％。取得了较好的治疗效果。结论我们认为高龄喉癌患者实施手术治疗是安全的、有价值的
Objective To investigate the surgical indications for elderly patients with laryngeal cancer and the treatment measures before, during and after surgery. Methods 32 cases of elderly patients with laryngeal surgery. Results Although intraoperative and postoperative complications occurred, but no operative death. The 3-year and 5-year survival rates were 43.5% and 35.7% respectively. Achieved a better therapeutic effect. Conclusions We believe that surgical treatment of elderly patients with laryngeal cancer is safe and valuable
