Fuzhou Electric Machinery Factory is a manufacturer with more than 600 employees, mainly producing motors. In recent years, concrete mixer water pumps have been developed. Fuzhou Motor Factory faced strong competition in market products, improved business methods, and adopted a combination of technical consulting and sales orders. With the aim of “customer first, reputation first”, Fuzhou Motor Factory held a unique technical consultation and ordering meeting. In the event of sluggish sales in the market, an order amount of 56% of the whole plant’s annual production plan opens up new ways of operating the business. In order to meet user requirements as much as possible, a lot of preparation work was done before the trade fair, such as according to different types of mixers.
