1 我国PVC生产及供需概况PVC在我国氯碱工业产品结构中占有十分重要的地位。PVC耗氯量约占氯总产量的20%～22%。由于PVC制品具有优良的耐化学腐蚀性、电绝缘性、阻燃性,易加工,成本低等特性,被广泛用于农业、建筑、电子及人们生活中的各个领域。PVC的生产和消费持续快速增长,“八五”期间PVC生产年均增长率为10.8%。产量1995年为130万t,1999年为190万t,平均年增长10.1%,高于全国经济
1 Overview of PVC production and supply and demand in China PVC plays a very important role in China’s chlor-alkali industrial product structure. The chlorine consumption of PVC accounts for about 20%-22% of the total chlorine production. Because PVC products have excellent chemical resistance, electrical insulation, flame retardancy, easy processing, low cost and other characteristics, are widely used in agriculture, construction, electronics and people’s lives in various fields. The production and consumption of PVC continue to grow rapidly. During the Eighth Five-Year Plan, the average annual growth rate of PVC production was 10.8%. The output was 1.3 million tons in 1995 and 1.9 million tons in 1999, with an average annual growth of 10.1%, which is higher than the national economy.
