在光镜和电镜下,用图像分析和体现学技术定量研究马桑内酯点燃效应癫痫大鼠运动皮质第V层的结构。结果显示:神经细胞数量、锥体细胞体上的扣结密度和扣结覆盖胞体周长的长度百分数均无显著变化;神经毡中突触(或突触前终末)数减少,但终末的面积分数无变化;树突和无髓纤维的面积分数明显减少;有髓纤维面积分数增加;胶质细胞数增多,其突起在神经毡中的面积分数也增加。结果表明:马桑内酯所致点燃效应癫痫运动皮质第V层,除与其他癫痫长期发作一样有胶质增生外,其主要形态变化为锥体细胞的树突成分,特别是树突棘减少,及由浅层神经元来的轴突及其终末的数量减少。
