对企业家的职业生涯进行管理是一个新兴的同时也是研究上比较缺乏的课题。企业家这种特殊人力资源的稀缺性和对企业的重要性决定了对其进行职业生涯管理的重要现实意义。本文通过介绍企业家职业的特殊性、探索其职业生涯的管理方法,提出了在不同的职业生涯阶段对企业家进行培养的对策,以期能引起各界对企业家这一特殊人群的职业生涯发展和管理的关注。
To manage the entrepreneur’s career is an emerging issue that is also relatively lacking in research. The scarcity of entrepreneur, a special human resource, and the importance to the enterprise determine the important practical significance to the career management of the entrepreneur.
