该文介绍了安装在绝缘纸板生产线湿操机上检测湿纸板厚度的精密仪器一激光测厚仪的使用方法、自动控制工作原理及程序设计。采用了市场上的通用器件如逻辑控制器PLC、模拟量块、激光测厚仪等,分析了它的工作原理和使用效果。对于国产湿操机的湿纸测厚技术通过自主技术改造、设计和编程,已经达到了精确测量湿纸厚度的要求。从运行上看,即便于操作,又提高了工艺流程和产品质量的稳定性。实践证明,这种实用的测厚技术完全可以替代昂贵的进口测厚技术。
This paper introduces the use of a laser thickness gauge, a precision instrument for detecting the thickness of wet cardboard, installed on a wet handling machine of an insulating cardboard production line to automatically control the working principle and programming. Using the common devices on the market such as logic controller PLC, analog block, laser thickness gauge, analyzed its working principle and the use of results. For the domestic wet machine wet paper thickness measurement technology through independent technical transformation, design and programming, has reached an accurate measurement of wet paper thickness requirements. From the operation point of view, even in operation, but also improve the stability of the process and product quality. Practice has proved that this practical thickness measurement technology can completely replace the expensive imported thickness measurement technology.
