目的:探讨防晒型维生素E乳膏基质组成与制备工艺。方法:采用L_9(3)~4正交设计法进行实验,以乳膏水浴加热(55℃)起泡时间及外观综合评价作为考察指标。选取油相配方,水相配方,乳化温度,搅拌时间为可变因素,各设3个水平。结果:筛选最佳基质组成与制备工艺为:硬脂酸15.0 g,液体石蜡18.0 g,白凡士林5.0 g,三乙醇胺0.8 g,十二烷基硫酸钠1.0 g,甘油10.0 g,最佳乳化温度75℃,搅拌时间20 min。结论:该研究确定的最佳基质组成与制备工艺具有重现性、可靠性。
Objective: To investigate the matrix composition and preparation process of sunscreen vitamin E cream. Methods: The orthogonal design of L_9 (3) ~ 4 was used in the experiment. The comprehensive evaluation of foaming time and appearance at 55 ℃ in cream water bath was taken as the index. Select oil formula, water formula, emulsification temperature, mixing time as a variable factor, each set 3 levels. Results: The optimal composition of the matrix and the preparation process were as follows: stearic acid 15.0 g, liquid paraffin 18.0 g, white petrolatum 5.0 g, triethanolamine 0.8 g, sodium lauryl sulfate 1.0 g, glycerol 10.0 g, optimum emulsifying temperature 75 ℃, stirring time 20 min. Conclusion: The best matrix composition and preparation process identified in this study are reproducible and reliable.
