公司作为经济社会的主体之一,它的有效管理和运行对促经济社会的发展和人类的进步将起到重要的作用。公司作为各类社会组织中的一员,由于社会的发展,政治、法律、经济、文化等环境对它的生存与发展提出了要求,由此也向公司的管理者们就组织的有效运行提出了新的要求。在现代社会,我们需要对身处这样社会环境里的公司治理进行研究,由于文化差异的原因,我们的一些管理者一直奉行传统文化背景下的“中学为体”的管理思想框架及经验型、习惯性、感性的行为模式,实践证明这种思想和行为模式的企业在经济全球化的今天,表现出与现实的适应性要求存在着差距,通过观察我们发现了这一事实。这不得不使我们进行思考,并回顾我们的历史,客观地审视今天,由此重回公司管理的话题。由于我一直认为管理是管理者的的问题,在我们在涉及公司管理的话题时将着重突出对管理者的要求,本文将就管理者应具有的正确认识和有关的几个主要管理要素进行论述。
