某废热锅炉投入使用两年后,发生换热管泄漏,拔出管束检查发现,大部分换热管外表面布满了大小不等的腐蚀鼓包,部分区域还有干烧现象。本文结合设备实际运行工况,研究了换热管产生腐蚀的原因,分析得出:换热管的腐蚀主要是由于壳侧水中杂质较多,在换热管外表面形成电化学腐蚀,致使换热管外表面形成密集腐蚀坑。再者,由于导液板结构不合理,水从导液板进来后易因折流形成漩涡,从而使得漩涡边缘区的换热管发生干烧现象。为解决问题,改造导液板结构,并提出相关改进措施,确保设备安全运行。“,”After putting into use two years, the heat exchange tube of a waste heat boiler leaked out, pull out the tube bundle inspection, found that most of the heat exchange tube covered with a size ranging from corrosion drum kits on the surface, part of the region had dry burning phenomenon. In this paper, combined with the actual operation condition of equipment, studied the causes of the heat transfer tubes of corrosion, analysis results show that: the heat transfer tubes of corrosion is mainly due to the shell side of the water of impurities, electrochemical corrosion formed on the surface of the heat exchange tube, causes it to form dense corrosion pits. Furthermore, since the liquid guide plate structure is irrational, the water from the liquid guide plate is easy to swirl,so that dry burning phenomenon occurs on the heat exchange tubes of Vortex edge zone. To solve the problem, improve the structure of the guide plate, and propose the relevant improving measures to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
