在城市化进程中,城市建筑衰败在所难免,衰败使中心区古老的建筑群逐渐沦为贫民窟,对城市文化及经济发展产生巨大的负面影响。面对城市中心年代久远的建筑群的衰败,美国与欧洲采取了不同的政策,同时也表现出城市景观文化的取向。本文通过比较分析美国与欧洲城市老城区景观发展政策、城市文化模式及其对城市经济的影响,希望为今日我国快速城市化中城市传统文化保护、发展及创新提供重要的经验。
In the process of urbanization, the decay of urban architecture is inevitable. Declining causes the ancient buildings in the central area to gradually become slums, which have a huge negative impact on urban culture and economic development. In the face of the decay of the old buildings in the city center, the United States and Europe adopted different policies and at the same time showed the orientation of urban landscape culture. By comparing the landscape development policies of the old urban areas in the United States and European cities, the model of urban culture and its impact on the urban economy, this paper hopes to provide important experiences for the protection, development and innovation of urban traditional culture in China’s rapid urbanization.
