本文研究了一种新型的细粒锡石捕收剂——烷基亚磷酸酯对锡石的捕收性能和在锡石表面的吸附机理。结果表明,R为辛基、癸基和十二烷基的烷基亚磷酸酯都是锡石的有效捕收剂,其中癸基亚磷酸酯(代号JG-10)的捕收性能最好。这种捕收剂对微细粒锡石有较强的捕收能力。对-10微米锡石和未脱泥的-40微米锡石的锡石、石英混合矿(含锡分别为7.1%、7.5%),一次选别得到回收率89.9%,含锡48.8%和回收率94.8%,含锡73.5%的锡精矿。红外光谱、锡石表面的ζ-电位和JG-10吸附量的研究表明,JG-10在锡石表面产生了化学吸附。
In this paper, a new type of fine-grained cassiter collector-alkyl phosphite esterification performance of cassiterite adsorption mechanism on the surface of cassiterite. The results showed that the alkyl phosphites with octyl, decyl and dodecyl groups were all effective collectors for cassiterite, of which decyl phosphite (code: JG-10) had the best performance. This collector has a strong ability to capture fine-grained cassiterite. For the cassiterite and quartz mixed ore (containing 7.1% and 7.5% tin, respectively) of -10 micrometer cassiterite and non-deslimed 40 micrometer cassiterite, the recovery rate of 89.9%, 48.8% and the recovery rate 94.8% tin concentrate 73.5% tin. Infrared spectroscopy, the zeta potential of cassiterite and the adsorption amount of JG-10 showed that JG-10 produced chemisorption on the cassiterite surface.
