采用快速加热模拟电脉冲引起的焦耳热效应,研究了快速加热处理对冷轧态AZ31镁合金组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:快速加热处理能实现较低温度下的快速完全再结晶,并在不牺牲抗拉强度的条件下,有效地提高了镁合金的伸长率。
Joule heat effect induced by rapid heating was simulated and the effect of rapid heating treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of cold-rolled AZ31 magnesium alloy was studied. The results show that rapid heat treatment can achieve rapid and complete recrystallization at lower temperature and effectively improve the elongation of magnesium alloy without sacrificing the tensile strength.
