目的分析微量元素在甘草中的主成分及系统聚类。方法选取2017年1-6月黄石市妇幼保健院药房购自不同产地的甘草为研究对象,应用ICP-AES法对分布于甘肃、宁夏、新疆共10个地方的甘草微量元素进行测定,以微量元素含量为指标,运用SPSS主成分分析法与系统聚类分析法分析甘草总的特征元素。结果不同产地甘草的微量元素含量存在差异,甘草中含量最高的微量元素是Ca,最低的是Co;筛选出特征值累计方差贡献率为83.26%的三个主成分,对所选的主成分进行系统聚类分析,在离差平方和的水平上将其划分成3大类群,新疆博乐、甘肃环县、甘肃宁县3个产地的甘草质量最佳,可归为一类。结论对微量元素在甘草中的主成分及系统聚类进行分析,可为甘草的研究与鉴别提供参考依据与理论基础。
Objective To analyze the main components and phylogenetic relationships of trace elements in licorice root. Methods The licorice purchased from pharmacies in Huangshi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to June in 2017 was selected as the research object. The content of trace elements in licorice root in 10 places in Gansu, Ningxia and Xinjiang was determined by ICP-AES. Element content as an indicator, the use of SPSS principal component analysis and system analysis of cluster analysis of the total characteristics of licorice elements. Results The contents of trace elements in licorice rooted in different regions were different. The highest content of trace elements in licorice was Ca and the lowest was Co. The three principal components with the cumulative variance of 83.26% According to the cluster analysis of the system, it divides it into three groups according to the sum of squared deviations. The quality of licorice in the three producing areas of Bole, Xuanxian, Gansu, Huanxian, Gansu and Ningxian is the best. Conclusion The analysis of the main components and phylogenic clustering of trace elements in licorice can provide reference and theoretical basis for the research and identification of licorice.
