目的通过分析溶剂解吸-气相色谱法测定四氯乙烯含量测定过程的不确定度,识别不确定度来源,确定测定过程中的关键环节,提高检测工作质量。方法应用测量不确定度评定方法,计算各不确定度分量的相对不确定度大小,得到合成相对不确定度,确定扩展不确定度。结果标准曲线的测定和标准储备液的配制在各不确定度中引入的不确定度对实验不确定度的结果贡献相对较大。结论选用高纯的标准物质和增加标准曲线的点数等方法可以降低过程中不确定度。
OBJECTIVE To determine the uncertainty of determination of tetrachlorethylene content by solvent desorption-gas chromatography, identify the sources of uncertainty, determine the key links in the determination process, and improve the quality of testing. Methods The method of measurement uncertainty was used to calculate the relative uncertainty of each component of uncertainty, the relative uncertainty of synthesis was obtained and the uncertainty of expansion was determined. Results The determination of the standard curve and the formulation of the standard stock solution The uncertainty introduced in each of the uncertainties contributes significantly to the experimental uncertainty. Conclusion The selection of high purity standard materials and increase the number of standard curve points and other methods can reduce the uncertainty in the process.
