采用5种方法改性活性炭,研究不同改性活性炭对苯胺和Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能。结果表明,微波改性硝酸氧化后的活性炭(1#、2#炭)吸附苯胺和Cr(Ⅵ)的性能最佳,与原炭(0#炭)相比,1#和2#炭对苯胺的去除率分别提高了13.19%和11.34%,对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率分别提高了47.32%和44.28%。未经酸化处理而直接进行载氮气微波辐照的改性活性炭(3#炭)对苯胺的去除效果较好,但对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除效果不如原炭。Boehm试验表明,硝酸氧化使活性炭表面酸性基团增加,从而明显提高了Cr(Ⅵ)吸附量;经微波热处理后,活性炭表面孔隙结构发生了变化,提高了苯胺吸附量。
Five kinds of modified activated carbons were used to study the adsorption properties of aniline and Cr (Ⅵ) on different modified activated carbons. The results showed that the adsorption of aniline and Cr (Ⅵ) on the activated carbon (1 # and 2 # carbon) modified by microwave nitric acid was the best. Compared with the original carbon (0 # charcoal) The removal rate of Cr (Ⅵ) increased by 13.19% and 11.34% respectively, and the removal rates of Cr (Ⅵ) increased by 47.32% and 44.28% respectively. The modified activated carbon (3 # charcoal) directly carrying nitrogen-containing microwave irradiation without acidification has a good effect on the removal of aniline, but the removal effect of Cr (Ⅵ) is not as good as that of the original charcoal. Boehm test showed that nitric acid oxidation increased the acid groups on the surface of activated carbon, which significantly increased the adsorption capacity of Cr (Ⅵ). After microwave heat treatment, the pore structure of activated carbon changed and the aniline adsorption capacity increased.
