中心气道系指气管-隆突-左右主支气管及中间段支气管,中心气道外病变的压迫或气道本身病变阻塞管腔可导致患者严重的呼吸困难,甚至呼吸衰竭而死亡,中心气道重度狭窄为呼吸系统急症,诊断容易,治疗困难[1],2005年8月到2009年3月我科采用Nd:YAG治疗中心气道狭窄15例,效果良好,现报告如下。1资料和方法1.1临床资料本组15例患者治疗前均经纤支镜检查确诊为中心气道完全阻塞或重度狭窄。其中男8例,女7例;年龄范围为25～72岁,平均48.4岁。导致中心气道狭窄的病因:
