初中阶段是一个人一生中最为重要的一个阶段,它是一个人人生观,世界观逐渐趋于稳定的一个阶段。作为初中教师我也深刻的体会到了学生在这个时期在个性、情绪、兴趣等方面正在经历着种种变化。这些变化会令很多同学有不同的感觉。加之学习压力的增加,很多同学都遇到了心理发展方面的问题。因此,新时代赋予我们教师的使命不仅是传道、授业、解惑,更应该成为学生的心灵导师。学校是心理健康教育的主阵地,课堂更是我们开展心理健康教育的最佳地点。如何在生物课堂中渗透心理健康教育,培养学生的健全人格,养成阳光心态,是我们每一位生物教师所要思考的问题。首先,我们要从教学的内容入手,挖掘教材中与心育有关的教学内容。其次,还要从教学理念上入手,创建一个融洽,和谐的课堂氛围,这样才能有效的进行心理健康教育。

As a middle school teacher, I also deeply understand that students are experiencing various changes in their personality, emotions and interests during this period. These changes will make a lot of classmates have different feelings. Coupled with the increase in learning pressure, many students have encountered psychological development problems. Therefore, the mission entrusted to our teachers in the new era is not only to preach, teach and solve problems, but to become students’ spiritual mentors. The school is the main front for mental health education and the classroom is the best place for us to carry out mental health education. How to infiltrate the psychological health education in the biology class, cultivate the healthy personality of students, and develop the sunshine mentality are questions that every one of our biological teachers should think about. First of all, we should start from the content of teaching, dig teaching materials and mental education-related teaching content. Second, we must start from the teaching philosophy, to create a harmonious and harmonious classroom atmosphere, so as to effectively conduct mental health education.
