目的对野八角Illicium simonsii茎和叶的化学成分进行研究。方法野八角的干燥茎叶用95%乙醇提取,依次用石油醚、氯仿、正丁醇萃取,对氯仿部分采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据(MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR)分析进行结构鉴定。结果氯仿部分分离鉴定了11个化合物,其中包括7个倍半萜类化合物,分别鉴定为veranisatins D(1)、莽草毒素(2)、merrillianolide(3)、bullatantriol(4)、(-)-clovane-2,9-diol(5)、caryolane-1,9β-diol(6)、oplodiol(7)、4-ally-2,6-dimethoxyphenol(8)、(-)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(9)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)、异鼠李素-3-O-芸香糖苷(11)。结论化合物4~7为首次从八角属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of stem and leaf of Illicium simonsii. Methods The stems and leaves of wild star aniseed were extracted with 95% ethanol, followed by extraction with petroleum ether, chloroform and n-butanol. The chloroform fraction was separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography on Sephadex LH-20. The spectral data (MS, , 13C-NMR) analysis. Results Eleven compounds, including seven sesquiterpenes, were isolated and identified as veranisatins D (1), shikonin (2), merrillianolide (3), bullatantriol (4) (-) - dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol (9), (-) - 9-diol (5), caryolane- 1,9β-diol (6), oplodiol Quercetin -3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (10) . Conclusion Compounds 4 ~ 7 were isolated from the plants of the genus Illicium for the first time.
