为了对北京经济系统物质利用效率和污染物质对环境的影响进行分析,论文在物质流分析方法的基础上,根据投入产出表的原理,探索性地编制了2004年北京物质流投入产出表,并对基本结果进行了分析。结果表明,2004年北京的进口物质总量比出口多2826.22×104t,经济发展主要依靠从区外进口物质,是显著的外界资源依赖型发展模式。研究也表明,北京地区的废气排放中CO2占有很大的比重,是影响北京环境质量的一个重要因素。同时,北京固体废弃物和废水的再资源化利用率比较低,分别占直接投入物质的0.25%和5.20%。研究建议,北京迫切需要进一步改进经济增长方式,提高资源的使用效率和利用率,尤其是要通过技术进步和产业结构调整提高资源的再利用率,减少对环境的影响。
In order to analyze the efficiency of Beijing’s economic system and the impact of pollutants on the environment, based on the method of material flow analysis, this dissertation explores the input-output table of material flow of Beijing in 2004 according to the principle of input-output table , And analyzed the basic results. The results show that in 2004 Beijing imported 2826.22 × 104t more than its exports, with its economic development mainly relying on imported materials from outside the region. This is a significant pattern of resource-dependent external development. Research also shows that CO2 emissions in Beijing account for a large proportion, which is an important factor affecting Beijing’s environmental quality. In the meantime, Beijing’s solid waste and waste water reuse rates are relatively low, accounting for 0.25% and 5.20% of the direct input materials respectively. The study suggests that Beijing urgently needs to further improve the mode of economic growth and improve the efficiency and utilization of resources. In particular, it is necessary to increase the re-utilization rate of resources and reduce the environmental impact through technological progress and industrial restructuring.
