目的:探讨消坚排石汤中西医结合治疗复杂性肾结石的临床疗效。方法:将75例患者随机分为治疗组45例,对照组30例。治疗组予常规西医治疗加消坚排石汤,对照组仅予常规西医疗法。结果:治疗组治愈38例,显效2例,好转3例,无效2例,总有效率为95.56%(95%CI=84.6%～99.4%);对照组治愈15例,显效3例,好转5例,无效7例,总有效率为76.67%(95%CI=57.7%～90.1%);两组综合疗效比较(u=2.6410,P=0.0092),有显著性差异;且降低BUN、Scr、尿β2-MG、血β2-MG的参数优于对照组(P(0.001)。结论:消坚排石汤中西医结合治疗复杂性肾结石疗效优于单纯西医疗法,其收益为OR=0.15(95%CI=0.03～0.80),NNT=5(95%CI=2.95～25.77)。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaogan Paishi Decoction combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of complicated renal calculus. Methods: Seventy-five patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 45) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group to conventional Western medicine plus Jian Jian Pai Tang, the control group only routine western medicine. Results: The treatment group cured 38 cases, 2 cases markedly improved, 3 cases improved, 2 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 95.56% (95% CI = 84.6% ~ 99.4%); control group cured 15 cases, 3 cases markedly improved 5 The total effective rate was 76.67% (95% CI = 57.7% ~ 90.1%). There was significant difference between the two groups in curative effect (u = 2.6410, P = 0.0092) Urinary β2-MG, blood β2-MG parameters better than the control group (P (0.001) .Conclusion: Xiao Jian Paishi Decoction combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of complex kidney stones better than Western medicine alone, the benefits of OR = 0.15 95% CI = 0.03 ~ 0.80), NNT = 5 (95% CI = 2.95 ~ 25.77).
