以复合氧化物TiO_2-ZrO_2为载体、WO_3为活性组分,制备了适用于高温烟气(500℃以上)脱硝的WO_3/TiO_2-ZrO_2型SCR脱硝催化剂,对催化剂进行了XRD表征,并考察了复合载体的组成、WO_3质量分数和高温焙烧处理对催化剂脱硝性能的影响.结果表明:WO_3/TiO_2-ZrO_2催化剂具有很好的热稳定性,经800℃高温处理后晶相结构保持不变且脱硝效率仅有微弱下降;WO_3质量分数为20%、钛锆比为7∶3和0∶10的2种催化剂具有较好的脱硝性能,能够适用于高温脱硝反应.
The WO_3 / TiO_2-ZrO_2 SCR denitration catalyst which is suitable for the denitration of high-temperature flue gas (above 500 ℃) was prepared by using composite oxide TiO_2-ZrO_2 as carrier and WO_3 as active component. The catalyst was characterized by XRD and investigated The results showed that the WO_3 / TiO_2-ZrO_2 catalyst had good thermal stability, and the structure of the WO_3 / TiO_2-ZrO_2 catalyst remained unchanged after the treatment at 800 ℃. With only a slight decrease in efficiency; two kinds of catalysts with WO_3 mass fraction of 20%, titanium-zirconium ratio of 7: 3 and 0:10 have better denitrification performance and can be applied to high-temperature denitration reaction.
