通过室内培养试验,对石灰性土壤中6组磷细菌群的解磷动力学进行了研究。结果表明,当底物(磷矿粉)浓度一定时,产物形成速率与磷细菌生长速率及菌体浓度成正比;比较得到的不同磷细菌群解磷动力学曲线和无效磷转化动力学方程得出,黄杆菌+巨大芽孢杆菌(无机)的组合转化效率最高,其无效磷转化动力学方程为Y=28.29lgX+45.99,且在磷矿粉为2 g时有效磷含量最高,达到50.24 mg/L。
Through indoor culture experiment, the kinetics of phosphate solubilization of 6 groups of phosphorus bacteria in calcareous soil was studied. The results showed that when the concentration of substrate (phosphate rock) was constant, the product formation rate was directly proportional to the growth rate of phosphate bacteria and the concentration of bacterial cells. The kinetic curves of phosphate solubilization kinetics and phosphorus conversion kinetics The results showed that the conversion efficiency of the combination of Flavobacterium and Bacillus megaterium (inorganic) was the highest. The kinetic equation of ineffective phosphorus conversion was Y = 28.29lgX + 45.99, and the highest available phosphorous reached 50.24 mg / L.
